On August 18, a youth delegation from Quang Ninh Province of Vietnam, composed of key educational institutions in the province including Ha Long University, visited Hainan.

The 30 young people from Vietnam are all visiting Hainan for the first time. In the coming days, they will travel to four cities — Haikou, Dongfang, Wuzhishan and Sanya — where they will visit local high schools, take part in cultural and sci-tech innovation exchanges, and experience first-hand the innovative vitality and distinctive culture of the Hainan Free Trade Port.
