Liu also hoped that both sides would focus on key topics such as tropical agricultural development and new energy applications, build collaborative research platforms and share scientific research achievements. The two should also proactively participate in the League of Tropical Universities, pool intellectual resources from tropical regions and deepen exchanges between faculty and students, contributing to building a closer China-Africa community with a shared future.
