On March 18, on-site service support drills commenced for the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2025, with just seven days to go till the meeting kicks off.

The drills focused on key support links such as transportation organization and service support measures during the annual meeting, covering key reception venues such as Boao International Airport, the BFA International Conference Center, and Boao State Guesthouse. All aspects of preparations were tested to ensure the realization of a "wonderful, complete, smooth, green, and safe" conference. During this year's annual meeting, the BFA Secretariat and the People's Government of Hainan Province will once again co-host the “Global Free Trade Port Development” forum Preparations for the forum are progressing smoothly, with targeted drills also being held on proceedings and people flow to ensure that it goes without a hitch.

The Foreign Affairs Office of Hainan Province (Hainan FAO) stated that as preparations in the run-up to the BFA Annual Conference 2025 enter their final stage, all relevant teams in the province are working with a sense of urgency to lay a solid foundation for the conference's success.
