BFA 2025 Vocational Skills Competition and Volunteer Training Launched
A vocational skills competition and volunteer training course to support the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) Annual Conference 2025 was launched on March 9 at Hainan University, with around 650 people in attendance.
High-quality service provision is a crucial aspect of BFA annual conferences, which serve as a key international exchange forum for Asia and the world. The vocational skills competition covers a range of areas, including service quality, logistics support, and volunteer services. Evaluating training on specific procedures and roles, skills, technological innovation, constructive suggestions, and other elements, it aims to enhance vocational skills and service awareness to ensure high-quality service provision for the BFA Annual Conference 2025, which is set to convene on March 25.
As informal ambassadors of China’s international image and Asia’s voice, volunteers are a crucial part of BFA annual conferences. As such, this year’s training course focuses on aspects such as BFA background information, protocol, emergency and risk management, mental health management, and sharing sessions, all of which aim to raise volunteers’ overall readiness. Leading this year’s training is a team of seasoned professionals, who will draw on real examples from past conferences to provide engaging, pragmatic guidance to volunteers.
