The Three-Year Action Plan for Optimizing Foreign-Related Services and Enhancing the International Business Environment in Hainan province is up and running.

It's been issued by the Office of the Leading Group for Improving the Business Environment of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China — setting out 30 targeted measures across seven key areas.

Together, they form an end-to-end upgrade of foreign-related services — covering every link and every stage of the process.

The plan is designed to comprehensively elevate the internationalization of the Hainan Free Trade Port. It's also designed to expand its capacity for opening-up — making Hainan an even more accessible, efficient and globally competitive destination for international enterprises and investors.
