On September 24, the Foreign Affairs Office of Hainan Province signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Yangpu Economic Development Zone in Haikou to promote the coordination between foreign affairs work and industrial park development. Zeng Xiaoming, Deputy Director-General of the Foreign Affairs Office, and Wu Chuan, President of Yangpu International Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. attended the signing ceremony. 

According to the MoC, the Foreign Affairs Office will utilize its resources to help the industrial park conduct internatioal exchanges, carry out global promotion, and attract talent as well as investment. Yangpu Economic Development Zone will, at the same time, give full play to its advantages to enrich Hainan's foreign affairs practices and achieve sound interaction between the two sides.

The MoC, as the first signed by the Foreign Affairs Office with key industrial parks, is believed to be an important measure to improve the business environment and achieve high-quality development of industrial parks in the province.
